As a fitness and wellness expert, I have helped leaders and community members learn valuable tools to improve their team goals and overall well-being.
I believe the first step in creating healthier habits starts with education, resources, and engagement. I am here to create that experience by customizing programs to meet each team’s unique wellness needs, both in-person and virtually. As a licensed social worker and certified personal trainer, I can create diverse offerings that are designed to relieve stress, strengthen, and ground into the body, and find a renewed sense of connection to yourself and those around you. I am committed to engaging people at every entry point to the wellness conversation – at conferences, summits, workplaces, universities, retreats, and women’s events.
