VSJ Fitness Sweat Sessions
Enhance Your Home Workouts with VSJ!
VSJ Fitness Sweat Sessions is a virtual gym designed to enhance the in-home workout experience. This monthly subscription platform includes 3 classes per week with unlimited access to video replays to complete on your own. Each class is designed to target certain fitness goals and is for all fitness levels. Each session will meet for 45 minutes and guaranteed to burn between 400-500 calories per session.
Sessions will be offered through Zoom at select times. Zoom is free for you to use and can be downloaded on your phone and/or tablet. Unable to make a session? No worries, you will have unlimited access to the recorded classes for you to do on your own time.
Weekly Sessions Include:
Total Body Conditioning
Low Impact boot camp style class designed to challenge your whole body with strength training and cardio intervals. Equipment needed: 5-10lbs dumbbells, yoga mat, Kettlebells, resistance bands
Thursdays at 6:30pm
Barre & HIIT
Cardio intervals combined with muscle sculpting barre moves designed to tone lean muscle, increase stamina, and create healthier cardiovascular system. / Toning exercises combined with high intensity cardio intervals. Equipment needed: 1-2 lbs weights needed and a yoga mat
Mondays at 6:30pm
Cardio & Core
This bodyweight class uses cardio combined with core strength to help take your fitness goals to the next level. No equipment needed.
