Small Group Training

Not ready for one on one training?

VSJ Fitness offers Small Group Training! Each session will last an hour and will have 4 to 6 women at a time. Sessions are $13 per person, and you would pay $104 in advance to join the 8 week group session! You’ll receive a punch card to track your own 8 weeks of sessions!

Here are some reasons to consider group personal training:

  1. Workout with women who share your goals and challenges
  2. Weigh in together for accountability and offer support as a group
  3. An active support system to help make a lifestyle change

Choose which day and time work, and let’s get started towards a healthier YOU!

  • Sundays 5:45pm-6:45pm
  • Mondays 5:00am-6:00am
  • Wednesdays 5:00am-6:00am
  • Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm, 6:45pm-7:45pm
