Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is an upbeat, high-energy workout that blends martial-arts–inspired moves with heart-pumping cardio. You’ll punch, kick, and sweat your way through easy-to-follow combinations designed to build strength, boost endurance, and release stress. This class is perfect for all fitness levels—come ready to move, have fun, and feel empowered!

Mat Pilates

This class is all about controlled movement, deep core activation, and building strength from the inside out. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, you’ll leave feeling taller, stronger, and more in tune with your body.

Pilates Sculpt

This class is a fusion of traditional mat pilates, dance cardio, and strength-based sculpting exercises designed to tone, strengthen, and lengthen the body

Power Yoga Sculpt

Power Yoga Sculpt is a high-energy fusion of strength training, cardio bursts, and vinyasa-style yoga — designed to help you build lean muscle, torch calories, and flow with intention.

Glute Aerobics and Tone

This class is dance fitness meets strength training! Join us for a low-impact boot camp-style class that challenges your entire body with strength training and dance cardio intervals. 

Total Body Power

Total Body Power is a full-body workout focusing on the major muscle groups, including the core. This workout will leave you feeling strong and confident. A variety of equipment may be used, including dumbbells, booty bands, Pilates ball, yoga block, and even body weight. Bring water, a mat, and your smile!

Basic Yoga

Slow down, breathe deep, and give your body the rest it deserves. Restorative Yoga is a gentle, calming practice that uses long-held supported poses to help release tension, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. Perfect for all levels—especially those looking to recharge, recover, or simply reset. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Glute Aerobics® with VSJ Fitness

Check out our signature class called Glute Aerobics! This is a bootylicious, body-positive rhythmic class that incorporates resistance bands, dance fitness, high reps, and cardio blasts. It will leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and sweaty.

No, these classes are for all fitness levels.

Yoga mats, water bottles, and resistance bands. If you do not own a resistance/booty band, you can purchase one in the studio

Yes! We offer Live and On Demand classes you can do on the go or from the comfort of your home. Check out our class schedule.

 

Yes, we require cancellations to be at least 12 hours before class starts to avoid an $8 cancellation fee.
