VSJ Fitness packages are designed to ensure a customized plan is created that would best allow each client to reach the goals they desire. My mission is to give my clients exactly what they need. I design workouts to specifically target women’s most troubled areas and focus on building strength from the inside out.  I always tell my clients to push beyond their mental limits!

VSJ Fitness focuses on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) based workout that encourages my clients to use their own bodyweight.
